Counseling Services administers the County's Developmental Disability, Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Prevention programs - see links to the right to access more detailed information of each program.
The Mental Health and Substance Abuse programs are both state liscensed to provide outpatient diagnostic and a range of integrative behavioral healthcare services for children, adolescents, adults and families.
Regular office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The main office is located at 105 S. Garden Avenue, Newport Washington. Outreach offices are located in the Cutter Theater in Metaline Falls and various Selkirk school district areas, dependent on available resources.
